The idea for Power One for One was born by the strong desire to use gained profound knowledge of the sustainable renewable energies industry to make the world a more worth living place. We were puzzled by the fact that still millions of people are without light – a fundamental basic need.
Therefore, it was not enough for us to just contribute to de-carbonizing the world but we all, having own children, felt the obligation to also help those who really need the most basic support that allows them to help themselves. The Promoters believe in the vision of bringing light to world with a simple mean and create a change and impact to the better – that is how the simple idea of Invest & Give was born.
founded Voigt & Collegen(V&C) in 2004 and later founded its affiliate AREAM. He has over 25 years of experience in structuring alternative investment funds, transaction management and financing. After his studies, he worked as a product manager for closed-end funds at Stadtsparkasse Köln before founding an issuing company for alternative investments which was later acquired by the ERGO insurance group. He studied at the University of Cologne.
joined V&C/AREAM in 2009. He has over 14 years of experience in investment and transaction management as well as financing, and has successfully led over 15 renewable energy projects since 2009. Before joining AREAM, Mr. Lemcke-Braselmann worked at Fortress Investment Group (Private Equity), Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein (Leverage Finance) and UBS AG (M&A). He has a degree in Business Management (BWL) from the European Business School in Oestrich-Winkel.
founded GoodGoodVentures in 2017, where his activities for clean energy, clean water and environmental education are merged. After his studies, Kaiser first supported his brother Asem Chaudhary to establish the Düsseldorf based fashion brand tigha. In 2013 he founded GreenIndusTree. Besides, he is lecturing at the Technical University Of Cologne and is coaching students at the Maastricht University on sustainable entrepreneurship. Kaiser graduated in 2015 with a Phd in Law from the University of Maastricht.
